Beloved husband of Krystyna Osika nee Rapala; loving father of Beata (Adam) Kogut, Aneta (Pankracy) Dudek, Krzysztof (Lucyna) Osika, Robert (Sylwia) Osika, and Marcin (Marzena) Osika; beloved son of the late Wladyslaw and Urszula Osika nee Kukulka; fond grandfather of David, Christopher, and Patricia Kogut, Daniel, Natalia, and Ewelina Dudek, Kamil and Emilia Osika, and Weronika, Bartlomiej Osika, and Dominik Osika; dear brother of Edward (Danuta) Osika; and fond uncle of many nieces and nephews. Visitation will be Friday, December 27, 2019 from 3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at Cumberland Chapels 8300 W. Lawrence Ave. Norridge, IL 60706.
