Yvonne Parker

Yvonne Parker, 62, passed away peacefully on July 11, 2024 with her family by her side. Yvonne was the beloved daughter of Rose, nee Palazzo, and the late James "Jimmy" Parker; dear sister of Robert Parker, Cynthia (John) Belch and the late Anthony Parker; dearest aunt of Kaitlyn (Colin) McHale, Sarah Belch, Jessica Parker, Grace Parker and Megan Belch and great aunt of Juniper and Maeve McHale; loving partner and best friend of 31 years to Melissa Schilling; cherished cousin of Dominic (Ellen) Palazzo, Marcello (Gina) Palazzo, Tony (Susan) Palazzo and their children David (Kirsten) Palazzo, Gina (Matt) Casali, Brenna Palazzo, Alexa (A.J.) Frey, Andrea Palazzo, Stephanie, Michael and the late Cristina Palazzo.



In lieu of flowers, donations to St. Jude Children's research hospital at stjude.org/donate would be appreciated.



Visitation Monday, July 15, 2024, from 3:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Cumberland Chapels 8300 W. Lawrence Ave., Norridge, IL. Funeral services begin at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, at the funeral home, and will then proceed to St. Zachary Church in Des Plaines for Mass at 11:00 a.m. The entombment will follow at Immaculate Heart of Mary Mausoleum within All Saints Cemetery in Des Plaines.
