Loving and Devoted Mother of Victor (Laura) Kwiatkowski; Halina (Andy) Bury; Barb (Matthew) Peksa; Cherished Grandmother “Babcia” of Margie Kwiatkowski; Susan (Dean) Mikula; Richard (Michelle) Kwiatkowski; Matt (Amy) Peksa; Renee (Kevin) Sink; Katie (Corey) Halls; Michelle (Sam) Harms. Cherished Great-Grandmother “Pra-Babcia” of Morgan, Nicholas, Jacob, Gabriella, Madalynn, Ava, Matthew, Jordan, Ryan, Kai, Alana, and Ava. Visitation will take place on Saturday, June 9, 2018 from 9:00 a.m. until time of prayer service at 10:30 a.m. at Cumberland Chapels 8300 W. Lawrence Ave. Norridge. The funeral will then proceed to Our Lady Mother of the Church for 11:00 a.m. Mass. Interment will follow at St. Adalbert Cemetery in Niles.
