Werner Palmblad, 97, passed away May 6, 2021. Beloved husband of Lorraine for 72 years. Loving father of Cathy (Joe) Catallo, Richard (Gloria) Palmblad, and Nancy (John) Iberl. Beloved grandfather of Dawn (George), Lisa (Tom), Amy (Joel), Eric, Jason, Mike (Emily), Lindsey, and Joe (Jordan). Great grandfather of 17. Beloved friend of Fe Villardar who cared for him for many years. Visitation will be Wednesday, May 12, from 3:00 p.m. until time of Funeral Service at 7:00 p.m. at Cumberland Chapels, 8300 W Lawrence Ave, Norridge. Interment private. Please omit flowers. Donations may be made to the American Diabetes Association. Masks must be worn while in the funeral home. Please practice social distancing.
