Vito Ventrella, age 87, at rest on September 13, 2019. Beloved husband of the late Giovanna "Jane" (nee Berardi). Devoted father of Michael (Janet), Peter and John. Loving grandfather of Jenna, Payton and Timmy. Dear brother of Domenica (the late Vito M.) Ventrella, Grace (the late Nick) Crudele, Vince (Gina) Ventrella and the late Vito I. (Angela) Ventrella. Fond uncle of many nieces and nephews. Visitation Sunday, Sept. 15, 2019 from 2:00 until 8:00 p.m. at Cumberland Chapels 8300 W. Lawrence Ave. Norridge. Funeral Monday, beginning at the funeral home at 9:00 a.m. and will then proceed to St. Eugene Church for 10:00 a.m. Mass. Entombment will follow at All Saints Cemetery in Des Plaines.
