Vita Tangorra

Vita Tangorra, nee Volpe, age 92, passed away peacefully on July 3rd, 2023. Vita was the beloved wife of the late Nicola; loving mother of Rocco (Ivana Olszanska), Franco (Micheline) and the late Dominic (Kim) Tangorra; dearest daughter of the late Isabella, nee DeFrenza, and the late Domenico Volpe; cherished nonna of Nicole (Mike) Guerriero, Rocco (late Rossella), Nico and Isabella Tangorra; great grandmother of Gavin, Jackson and Rocco; dear sister of the late Carolina, Nina, Pasqualina, Domenica and Rosa; fond niece, cousin, aunt and friend of many.

Visitation Friday, July 7, 2023, from 10:00 a.m. until Mass 11:00 a.m. at Our Lady, Mother of the Church 8747 W. Lawrence Ave., Norridge, IL. The entombment will follow at All Saints Mausoleum in Des Plaines. For more information call (708)456-8300.
