Virginia O. Phillips (nee French), Passed away on Monday December 19th, 2016 at the age of 94. Beloved wife of the late Julius Phillips. Loving mother of Nancy (Douglas) Cairncross and the late Edward and the late Pamela Phillips. Cherished grandmother of Nicole Scott and the late Justin Phillips. Great grandmother of David, Damien and Toby. Dear sister of Norman (Marie), the late Melvin (the late Agnes), the late Steven (the late Irma), the late Mary (the late John) Walker, the late Marcella (Duke) Lullo and the late Anne Combey. Fond aunt of many wonderful nieces and nephews. Visitation will take place on Thursday December 22, 2016 from 8:00 a.m. until time of prayer service at 10:00 a.m. at Cumberland Chapels 8300 W. Lawrence Ave. Norridge. The funeral will then proceed to St. Cyprian Church in River Grove for 10:30 a.m. Mass. Interment will then follow at All Saints Cemetery in Des Plaines.
