Vincent Paul Gurklis, age 90, passed away on October 22, 2016 surrounded by his loving family. Vince was the beloved husband of Louise M., nee Sac, for 61 wonderful years; loving father of David J. (Diane) and Michael V. (Linda) Gurklis, Kathleen T. (Sam) Armando and the late Jean M. (Jeff) Cavanaugh; dearest son of the late Magdalina and Joseph Gurklis; cherished grandfather of Tamara and Kelly Cavanaugh, Matthew and Tyler Gurklis, Samantha, Nathan and Kyle Armando; Dear brother of the late Marie, Ann, Clarence, Zigmund, Frank and Irene; godfather to Jennifer Bohnert; fond uncle, cousin and friend of many. Vince was a member of the Knights of Columbus Tonti Council #1567 of Chicago, IL. Please Omit Flowers. Visitation Monday from 3:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. at Cumberland Chapels 8300 W.
