Veronica La Rosa (nee Serraino). age 88, at rest on May 1, 2023. Beloved wife of the late Samuel. Loving mother of Emily (Nick) Barone. Fond grandmother of Matteo Barone, Isabella Barone and Pauly Sam Barone. Fond sister of the late Antonia (the late Giovanni) Astorino, the late Maria (the late Fiore) Pullo and the late Gennaro Serraino. Fond aunt, cousin and friend to many. Visitation will take place on Sunday May 7, 2023 from 2:00 pm unitl 8:00 pm at Cumberland Chapels 8300 W. Lawrence Ave. Norridge, Il. Funeral Monday, beginning at the funeral home at 9:30 am and then proceed to St. Eugene Church for 10:30 am Mass. Entombment will follow at Maryhill Cemetery in Niles.
