Chicago - - Theresa A. Vaughan, 90, passed away on Monday, June 18, 2018. Visitation and Memorial Service: 9am to 12pm, Monday, June 25th at Cumberland Funeral Chapel, 8300 W. Lawrence Ave.Norridge, IL. Memorials: In lieu of flowers, please make a donation to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or to the Chicago Police Memorial Foundation. Survivors: Terri was the widow of former Chicago Police Sergeant Robert Vaughan. Terri will be fondly remembered by her many friends, neighbors and especially family; daughters, Deborah and Sheryl, son Scott (Susan), Grandchildren Erin, Jenna, Alexandra and Steven. Great Grandchildren Elisabeth, Jonathan, Anthony, Evelyn and Adriana
