Theresa R. Polinski, nee Dworzak, age 97. Devoted wife of the late Felix 'Phil' ; beloved mother of Collette Polinski and Renee (Charlie) Bryant; loving grandmother of Christopher and Kyle. Visitation Friday April 21st. 8:30 a.m. until 10:30 a.m. at Cumberland Chapels, 8300 W. Lawrence Ave., Norridge, IL 60706, and will proceed to St. Rosalie Church in Harwood Heights, for Mass at 11:00 a.m. Entombment St. Adalbert Cemetery, Mary Mother of God Mausoleum.
