Theodora Zabiak, age 92 passed away on Tuesday October 10, 2017. Beloved wife of the late Daniel. Dear sister of Olga (Van) Basel and Jeanne (Frank) Sayers. Aunt of Kent Sayers, Frank Sayers and Joan (Richard) Abrams. Visitation Friday October 13, 2017 from 9:00 a.m. until time of prayers service at 10:30 a.m. at Cumberland Chapels 8300 W. Lawrence Ave. Norridge. The funeral will proceed to St. Joseph Ukrainian Catholic Church for 11: 00 a.m. service. Interment will follow at St. Nicholas Ukrainian Catholic Cemetery.
