Teresa Plaza, Age 88 nee Szustakiewicz. Beloved wife of Kazimierz. Loving mother of Miro (Anita) Plaza and the late Elizabeth (Mark) Fajks. Cherished grandmother of Tatyana, Darius, Margaret (Richard), Victoria (Ryan), Paul (Kaitlin) and Isabelle (Donald). Great grandmother of Lennox, Levi, and another on the way. Dear sister of Jadwiga, Irena, Chester and the late Helena, Kazimierz, Hanna and Grzegorz. Fond aunt of many nieces and nephews. Visitation Monday April 6 from 3 to 9:00 p.m. at Cumberland Chapels, 8300 W. Lawrence Ave., Norridge and will then proceed to St. Eugene Church for Mass at 10:00 a.m. Interment St. Adalbert Cemetery.
