Teresa Milkowska (nee Tarnogrodzka) age 76, passed away peacefully on May 10, 2025. Teresa was the beloved wife of the late Mieczyslaw; loving mother of Jolanta (Jaroslaw) Lis, Iwona (Marek) Wojtulewicz, Katarzyna (Daniel) Perlowska and the late Andrzej (Urszula) Milkowski; cherished babcia of Agnieszka (Grzegorz), Patrick (Keely), Patryk, Karol (Sandra) Eric (Carol Ann), Michal, Gabriela (Bartek), Justin and Zuzanna; loving prababcia of Celinka, Nikodem, Victor, and Aurelia; dearest sister of Grazyna (Krzysztof) Zinkiewicz, and she was a fond aunt, cousin, sister-in-law of many.
Visitation Thursday, May 15, 2025, from 3:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Cumberland Chapels 8300 W. Lawrence Ave., Norridge, IL. Funeral services begin at 9:00 a.m. on Friday, at the funeral home, and will then proceed to St. Celestine Church (St. Mother Theodore Guerin Parish) 3020 N. 76th Ct. in Elmwood Park for Mass at 10:00 a.m. The interment will follow at Irving Park Cemetery.
