Tania Wynnychenko

Tania Wynnychenko (nee Matyciw), age 90, passed away peacefully on June 1, 2026. Tania was the beloved wife of the late Stephan; loving mother of Theodore (Laura Hill) and Laryssa Wynnychenko; dear daughter of the late Anna and Prokip Matyciw; cherished grandmother of Rosemary and Jacqueline Wynnychenko; dearest sister of Larissa (the late Oleh) Eliashevsky; fond aunt of Chrystina (Michael) Sroka, Marta (Vladimir) Gonchanoff and Christina (Alex) Jackiw Brozyna.

Tania was a member of The Ukrainian National Women's League of America Branch #29. Visitation Wednesday, June 10, 2026, from 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. (Panachyda Service 11:00 a.m.) at Cumberland Chapels 8300 W. Lawrence Ave., Norridge, IL. We will then proceed to St. Joseph the Betrothed Ukrainian Catholic Church for a Service at 12:00 noon. The entombment will follow at St. Nicholas Ukrainian Catholic Mausoleum.
