Beloved wife of Giovanni DiPiazza; loving mother Chuck (Rose) Provenzano and Mike Provenzano; beloved daughter of the late Charles H. and Virginia Provenzano nee Giacomozzi; fond grandmother of Charlie, Zoey, Michael, Gianna, Sydney, and Sam; great grandmother of one granddaughter; dear sister of Char (Brian) Provenzano-Miller; loving sister-in-law of Tony (Concetta) DiPiazza and the late Frank and Filippo; fond aunt of Anthony Miller, Vito DiPiazza, Tommy DiPiazza, Filippo DiPiazza, Vito DiPiazza, Michael DiPiazza, Anthony DiPiazza, and Tonya DiPiazza. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 6, 2022 from 3:00 pm to 9:00 pm at Cumberland Chapels 8300 W. Lawrence Ave Norridge, IL 60706. Funeral Services begin on Wednesday at the funeral home at 9:00 am and will proceed to St. Francis Borgia Catholic Church for Mass at 10:00 am. Entombment to follow at Queen of Heaven Mausoleum.
