Sebastian Silvio, age 87, passed away surrounded by his family at home on April 24, 2024. Sebastian was the beloved husband of Vincenza, nee Storniolo, for 53 wonderful years; loving father of Anna Lisa (Sean) Sheridan, Tony (Brandy) Silvio and the late Frank Silvio; dear son of the late Anna and Francesco Silvio; cherished grandfather of Kyle, Sara, Daniela, Luca, Sienna and Bianca; dearest brother of Antonietta Silvio, Maria Buscemi (the late Joe Buscemi) and Paul (Antonietta) Silvio and brother in-law of Franco (Inella) Storniolo, Giovanna and Rosa Storniolo; fond uncle of many.
Sebastian was a member of Societa di Burgio in Chicago
Visitation Sunday, April 28, 2024, from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Cumberland Chapels 8300 W. Lawrence Ave., Norridge, IL. Funeral services begin at 9:00 a.m. on Monday, at the funeral home, and then proceed to Our Lady of Ransom Church in Niles for Mass at 10:00 a.m. The entombment will follow at the Immaculate Heart of Mary Mausoleum within All Saints Cemetery in Des Plaines.
