Sean Moffat

Sean Roger Moffat, age 41, passed away unexpectedly on March 10, 2020. Sean was the loving father of Rory Layden Moffat; dearest son of Opal Fletcher and Roger P. Moffat; beloved brother of Jennifer Ann, Sarah Fletcher Moffat, Jenny Nowak, and Katie Moffat and he was a fond uncle of Julian, Michael and Gianna. Visitation will be Saturday, March 21, 2020, from 4:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. with a funeral service at 6:00 p.m. at Cumberland Chapels 8300 W. Lawrence Ave., Norridge, IL. The interment will be private. In light of the current Covid19 outbreak, the C.D.C. and the State of Illinois are mandating that we have no more than 10 people in any one gathering. In order to accomplish this we are respectfully requesting that people make their visit as brief as possible so that more people will be allowed the same opportunity.
