Scott Formaggio

Scott M. Formaggio, age 66, passed away peacefully on October 3, 2022. Scott was the beloved son of the late Jeanette and Vincent Formaggio; dearest brother of Steve (Pam) Formaggio and Barbara (Sergio) Formaggio-Rajkovich and the late Bruce (Margaret) Formaggio; dear uncle of Francisco, Larissa, Elisabetta and Vincenzo. Visitation Thursday, October 6, 2022, from 3:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Cumberland Chapels 8300 W. Lawrence Ave., Norridge, IL. A funeral service will begin at 10:30 a.m. on Friday, at the funeral home, and we will proceed for interment at Memory Gardens Cemetery in Arlington Heights.
