Scott L. Adams, age 60, passed away peacefully surrounded by family on August 26, 2025. Scott was the partner of Brad Hanson for over 30 wonderful years; loving son of Frances (nee Rudy) and the late Kenneth V. Adams; dearest brother of Pamela (Thomas) Yundt.
Visitation Friday, August 29, 2025, from 3:00 p.m until 8:00 p.m. at Cumberland Chapels 8300 W. Lawrence Ave., Norridge, IL. Friends and family will gather on Saturday, at the funeral home, at 10:30 a.m. for a funeral service beginning at 11:00 a.m. The interment will follow at Irving Park Cemetery in Chicago.
