Devoted husband of Orazia nee Vacirca; beloved father of Carmela (Gary) Demma, Carmelo Freni and Giuseppe (Kristen) Freni; loving grandfather of Lisa (the late Mike) Thurnall, Linda (Marco) Perez, Daniel (Fiance Sarah) Hasterock, Antonio Freni and Giuliana Freni; great grandfather of Joslyn, Jayda, Daniella, Giovanni, Jeremy, Vincenzo, Todd, Tristin and Haley. Visitation Thursday February 28, 2019 from 3:00 until 9:00 p.m. at Cumberland Chapels, 8300 W. Lawrence Ave., Norridge, IL. Funeral services begin Friday March 1, 2019 at 9:30 a.m. at the funeral home and will proceed to Immaculate Conception Church in Chicago for Mass at 10:30 a.m. Entombment All Saints Cemetery, Immaculate Heart of Mary Mausoleum.
