Salvatore Canale, Age 87. Beloved husband of 62 years to Nicoletta nee Abbinanti. Loving father of Christina (Sam) Petrancosta and the late Tom Canale. Cherished grandfather of Joann (John) Sherlock, Nicole (Fiancé Bobby Heilemann) Petrancosta, Nicole (John) Anderson, Valerie (Joe) Gudella and Salvatore (Fiancé Abbie Swoboda) Canale. Great grandfather of Nora Sherlock, Bree and Russ Anderson. Fond uncle of many nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his five sisters and one brother. Visitation Wednesday January 2, 2019 from 3:00 pm till 9:00 pm. at Cumberland Chapels, 8300 W.Lawrence Ave., Norridge. Funeral services will begin at 8:45 a.m. on Thursday at the funeral home, and will then proceed to St. Emily Church in Mt.
