Russell Resendez

Russell W. Resendez, Age 59. Beloved partner of Ann Morici. Dear brother of L.E. Shearer, Cynthia (Gregory) Brend, the late Stephen Conforti and the late Veronica Resendez. Fond uncle of Tracy (Chris), Rachel, Tim (Deanna), Veronica, Rebecca (Brandon) and Dan. Great uncle to five nieces and two nephews. Russell was a loving partner, brother, uncle, great uncle and a great friend to many. He was an accomplished musician/performer and lead singer of his band Inertia. He started playing guitar at ten years old with his brother Steven, which turned into a lifelong passion for music. Russell had many interests in life. You could always find him on the golf course or at the OTB; otherwise, he was at home with Ann listening to the Beatles, playing his guitar or watching football. He was a kind, generous, gentle soul who will be sorely missed by all of us. Memorial visitation Thursday March 18 from 4:00 p.m. until time of service 6:30 p.m. at Cumberland Chapels, 8300 W.
