Rudolf Vajda

Rudolf "Rudy" Vajda, age 83, formerly of Chicago, IL, passed away on July 20th in Scottsdale, AZ. Rudy is the beloved husband of Anna, nee Mesics; loving father of Nancy (Paul Knitter) Koch and Kathy Vajda; cherished grandfather of Amanda and Karina Koch, Emily Knitter, Harvey Vajda Trease and Ramona Vajda Schwartz; dearest brother of Marika (Gezane) Huszar, Magnus (Emline) Stangl, Joseph (Margit) Vajda and a fond uncle of many. Visitation Friday July 28th from 3:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Cumberland Chapels 8300 W. Lawrence Ave., Norridge, IL. Funeral services will begin at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, at the funeral home, and will then proceed to Our Lady, Mother of the Church for Mass at 11:00 a.m. Interment to follow at All Saints Cemetery in Des Plaines, IL.
