Rosina Schwager

Rosina Schwager, 97, passed away peacefully after a long illness.  She was a gracious hostess who enjoyed entertaining and spoiling her guests.  An avid baker, she was known for her German delicacies and tortes.  Rosina was the devoted and cherished spouse of the late Frank Jr; loving sister-in-law of the late Elisabeth and John Zieger Sr., and the late Joseph (Rosina) Schwager; beloved Tante of John (Nancy) Zieger, Maria (Richard) Toth, and Robert (Laura) Schwager; dearest friend and companion of Maria (the late Laszlo) Neveda.  She was preceded in death by her parents, Paul and Katharina Drobina, and her two sisters.  Rosina will be lying in state at Our Lady Mother of the Church from 10:00 am until the time of Mass at 11:00 am on Saturday March 23, 2024.  Interment will follow at St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery.  For more information please call 708-446-8300.
