Rosina Amato

Rosina "Rosa" Amato, nee Gambino, age 84, passed away peacefully at her home on July 27, 2019. Rosina was the beloved wife of the late Vito; loving mother of Lea (Jimmy) Samhan; dearest daughter of the late Leonarda and Giuseppe Gambino; cherished grandmother of Ella, Joey, Jenna, Jacob and Elyssa; dearest sister of Frank (Giuseppina), John (Maria), Mario (Lucia) and Rosario (Sylvana) Gambino and Giuseppina (the late Salvatore) Spedale. Rosa was a fond aunt of many. Visitation Wednesday July 31, 2019 from 10:30 a.m. until the time of the 11:30 a.m. funeral mass at St. Emily Church 1400 E. Central Rd., Mt. Prospect, IL 60056.
