(Scott) Horn, Dear grandmother of Jennifer, Jason, Jayna, Kimberley, Peter, Robert, Julie and Matthew and great-grandmother of Vincent, Luca, Olivia and Lily; Preceded in death by her siblings Katherine Mancini, Josephine Ferrara, Frances Mollerdino, Frank and Vito Tutomase; Fond aunt and great-aunt to many.
