Rosario Camaci

Rosario Camaci, age 80, passed away peacefully on January 5, 2021 surrounded by his loving family. Rosario was the beloved husband of Domenica, nee Randazzo, for 60 wonderful years; loving father of Giuseppe (Giuseppina) Camaci; dearest son of the late Vita, nee Pecoraro, and the late Giuseppe Camaci; cherished grandfather of Rosario and Domenica (Mohammad) Douleh; dear brother of Pietro (Grazia) and Vito (Rosalia) Camaci, Giuseppa (Orazio) Calvarese, Salvatore (Provvidenza) and Giovanni (Maria) Camaci and the late Vincenza (the late Matteo) Randazzo, and he was a fond uncle of many. Visitation Friday, January 8, 2021, from 3:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Cumberland Chapels 8300 W. Lawrence Ave., Norridge, IL .Due to the current health guidelines, we are limited to 10 attendees at a time. We kindly ask that you quickly exit the funeral home after paying your respects to the family so that all visitors have an opportunity to enter. Please wear masks and practice proper social distancing. Until further notice, the coffee room is not available for use. Please refrain from bringing food or beverage into the funeral home. Funeral Saturday friends and family are asked to meet at the Shrine of Our Lady of Mt. Carmel in Melrose Park at 1:15 p.m. for a funeral mass at 1:30 p.m. The entombment will follow at the Immaculate Heart of Mary Mausoleum within All Saints Cemetery in Des Plaines.
