Rosalie Bykowski

Rosalie Virginia Bykowski, age 82, passed away peacefully on July 16, 2025. Rosalie was the beloved daughter of the late Rose (nee Smolka) and the late Casimer Bykowski; loving first cousin of Leonard (Judith) Januzik, Sharon (Kenneth) Piekosz, Richard (Sandra) Bykowski and many other loving cousins. Her family will forever be grateful to Lydia and Mustaf for their kindness to Rosalie over the years.

Rosalie was a librarian with the Chicago Public Library for over 50 years. She also worked for Marshall Field and Co. for many years, and was a longtime parishioner of St. Helen Parish in Chicago.

Visitation Tuesday, July 22, 2025 from 3:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Cumberland Chapels 8300 W. Lawrence Ave., Norridge. Funeral Services will begin at 9:30 a.m. on Wednesday, at the funeral home, and will then proceed to St. Eugene Church in Chicago for Mass at 10:30 a.m. The interment will follow At St. Adalbert Cemetery in Niles.  For more information call (708)456-8300.
