Rosa Abbinanti (nee Lombardo) age 80, at rest on February 17, 2021. Beloved wife of the late Calogero. Loving mother of Rosa Abbinanti, Michaelangelo (Christine) Abbinanti, Rosaria “Sara” (Salvatore) Guagliardo and Maria Nicoletta (Michael) Paparella. Cherished grandmother of Antonino Citrano, Angelina, Giovanni, Rosa Guagliardo, Gianna Abbinanti (Dylan Avelar), Antonio and Lilla Paparella. Dear sister of 5 brothers in Italy and other late siblings and fond aunt of many nieces and nephews. In Lieu of flowers, donations to the St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital would be appreciated. Lawrence Ave. Norridge, Il. Funeral Tuesday, beginning at the funeral home at 10:00 a.m. and then proceed to Our Lady Mother of the Church for 11:00 a.m. Mass. Entombment will follow at All Saints Mausoleum in Des Plaines.

Due to the current health guidelines, we are limited to 50 attendees at a time. We kindly ask that you quickly exit the funeral home after paying your respects to the family so that all visitors have an opportunity to enter. Please wear masks and practice proper social distancing. Until further notice, the coffee room is not available for use. Please refrain from bringing food or beverage into the funeral home.
