Roman Czygryn

Roman Charles "Charlie"  Czygryn, age 69, Chicago Police Department Retired, passed away unexpectedly at his home on December 17, 2023. Charlie was the dearest son of the late Wanda Furmanek and the late Matthew Czygryn; beloved brother of Barbara (Joseph) Brumann; loving uncle of Elizabeth and Margaret Brumann.



Visitation Thursday, December 21, 2023, from 3:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. (St. Jude Service at 7:00 p.m.) at Cumberland Chapels 8300 W. Lawrence Ave., Norridge, IL. Funeral services begin at 10:30 a.m. on Friday, at the funeral home, and will then proceed to St. Juliana Church in Chicago for Mass at 11:30 a.m. All Services will conclude following mass and Charlie will be interred at Maryhill Catholic Cemetery in Niles.
