Roma Hladky

Roma Hladky nee Matura, passed away peacefully December 25, 2023. Roma was the beloved wife of the late Olest Hladky; loving mother of Erik (Courtney) Hladky, Alexander (Christine) Hladky and Areta (Scott) Verschoor; beloved daughter of the late Gregory and Anastazia Matura; fond grandmother of Mathew Kohout, Sarah Verschoor, Olenka Hladky, Anastazia Kohout, Roma Hladky, Max Hladky, Isabella Kohout and Wynn Hladky; dear sister of Nadia Kaspryk and Yara Snylyk; fond aunt and friend to many. Visitation will be Wednesday, December 27th, at Cumberland Chapels 8300 W. Lawrence Ave. Norridge 60706 from 4:00 pm until 8:00 pm, panachyda service will be at 7:00 pm. Funeral will take place Thursday, starting at the funeral home at 9:30am and then processing to St. Joseph Ukranian Catholic Church for a service at 10:30 am, interment to follow at St. Nicholas Ukranian Cemetery.
