Robert Vazquez

Robert Vazquez, age 64, passed away on September 8th. Robert was the beloved husband of Rosemary J., nee Hurley, for 42 wonderful years; loving father of Leslie C. (Kamil) Bowie and Lana Vazquez; dearest son of the late Manuel and Angela Vazquez; cherished grandfather of Isaiah, Mikayla and Isaac Bowie; dear brother of Victor (Evelyn) Vazquez, Lina Vasquez, Christina Neris, Steven (Miriam) Vazquez, Raquel Torres and the late Manuel Vazquez; brother in-law of Mabel (Bob) Debeikis, Toni (Hector) Flores, Tommy (Carol), Flora and Ron (Melissa) Hurley and a fond uncle of many. Robert was employed with the Chicago Transit Authority for 39 years. Visitation Wednesday from 3:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. at Cumberland Chapels 8300 W. Lawrence Ave., Norridge, IL. A funeral service will begin at 10:30 a.m. on Thursday at the funeral home and the interment will follow at Mt. Olive Cemetery. Info 708-456-8300
