Rita Calandrino

Rita D. Calandrino, age 79, at rest on January 18, 2023. Beloved wife of the late Ross Calandrino Jr. Loving mother of Nancy (Mark) Rodziewicz, Cheryl Calandrino and the late Claudia Alcala. Dear grandmother of Jennifer, Jessica and Lauren. Fond sister of the late Joanne (Kenny) McKinna. Rita was a Teachers Aid for over 30 years at John V. Leigh School in Norridge and loved gardening and crafts. She will be dearly missed. Visitation will take place on Wednesday, January 25, 2023 from 3:00 until 8:00 pm at Cumberland Chapels 8300 W. Lawrence Ave. Norridge, Il. Funeral Thursday, beginning at the funeral home at 9:30 am and will then proceed to Mary the Undoer of Knots Parish (St. Robert Bellarmine Church) for 10:30 am Mass. Entombment will follow at All Saints Cemetery at the Indoor Mausoleum.
