Richard M. Magnone

Richard M. Magnone, 90, of Bloomingdale, passed into the arms of Christ on July 19 , 2026. Richard spent most of his life in the Chicago area. He was a raving obsessed supporter of Notre Dame and devoted White Sox fan. Richard proudly served his country in the United States Army and remained fiercely patriotic throughout his life. He is survived by his son, Richard A. (Shayna) Magnone; his daughter, Joann (Craig) Beatty; and his six grandchildren, Alexander, Emma, Dominick, Derek, Elizabeth, and Chelsea. He was the former husband of the late Elizabeth M. Magnone. Pursuant to Richard's express wishes, Mario Ferraro is requested not to attend. Visitation Thursday, July 23rd from 9:00 to 11:30 A.M. at Cumberland Chapels (FRIEL FUNERAL DIRECTORS) 8300 W. Lawrence Ave. Norridge. Funeral Services Begin: Thursday 11:30 A.M. the Funeral Home and will proceed to St. Eugene Church, Funeral Mass 12 Noon. Interment with Military Honors, Queen of Heaven Cemetery, Hillside.
