Richard De Los Reyes

Richard Joaquin de los Reyes II, age 41, passed away peacefully on October 26, 2023.



Born on August 26,1982 in Chicago, IL, Richard shared his warm smile, caring heart, giving spirit, and overflowing charisma with his many family, friends, colleagues, and customers in his career in finance, tech, and toys. His remarkable ways to connect, support, and bring joy to everyone he met continues in our memories of him and the lives he touched through Gift of Hope.



Richard joins his grandparents, Aurora de los Reyes, Avelina Joaquin, and Jacinto Joaquin in Heaven.  He is survived by his wife Beatriz de los Reyes nee Alvarez, son Quentin Richard de los Reyes, parents Larry and Melinda de los Reyes, and his many cousins, nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and friends who loved him dearly.

Visitation Wednesday, November 1, 2023, from 3:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Cumberland Chapels 8300 W. Lawrence Ave., Norridge, IL. Funeral services begin at 9:30 a.m. on Thursday, at the funeral home, and then proceed to St. Edward Church in Chicago for Mass at 10:30 a.m. The committal service will follow at Acacia Park Cemetery in Chicago.
