Richard Huske

Richard 'Dick' Huske, 82, a loving husband, father, grandfather and friend was born April 23, 1933 in Chicago, IL. Dick is survived by his beloved wife of 48 years, Diane G. Huske, his children Brett Richard (Katherine) Huske, Brian Jay (Dee) Huske and Kelli Anem (Danny) Cornett, his grandchildren Taylor Brettman Huske, McCall Leigh Huske, Madison Diane Huske, Brianna Kyrstyn Wills and Dakota Ray Cornett and his sister Ruth (Andy) Cox. He served in the United States Air Force as a Crew Chief in the 90th Strat Recon Wing and worked at Magnaflux (now ITW) for 41 years. Dick was active serving his church, Acacia Park Lutheran Church in Norridge, IL. His passions were golf, trains and travel. He was a selfless, kind, honest, caring and compassionate man. Visitation will be Wednesday June 10th from 3 - 8 p.m. at Cumberland Chapels 8300 W. Lawrence Ave., Norridge. Funeral Thursday, lying in state from 9:00 a.m. until time of service 10:00 a.m. at Acacia Park Lutheran Church, 4307 N. Oriole, Norridge.
