Lying in state Wednesday, Dec. 19, 2012 from 9 a.m. until the time of Mass at 10:30 a.m. at The Shrine of Our Lady of Pompeii, 1224 W. Lexington, Chicago. Interment will follow at Mt. Carmel Cemetery. Phyllis was a member of the St. Joseph di Bagheria Society and a past State President of the Women's Auxiliary of the Italian American War Veterans. Please omit flowers.
