Phillip Leo Tarasiewicz, age 78. Beloved husband of the late Maria Tarasiewicz nee Petrucci; loving father of Angela (Tony Ragona) Potaczek, Phillip P. (Cathy) Tarasiewicz; beloved son of the late Teofil and Virginia Tarasiewicz nee Wojczyski; fond grandfather of Kelly Tarasiewicz and Kaitlyn Tarasiewicz; fond uncle and great uncle of many nieces and nephews. Due to the public health concerns services held will be private.
