Peter Setzer

Peter H. Setzer, age 89, passed away peacefully at home on January 4, 2022. Peter was the beloved husband of the late Josephine, nee Cipriani; loving father of Linda A. (Thomas) Setzer-Bost, Tina J., Mark R. and the late Peter J. Setzer; dearest son of the late Henrietta and Peter Setzer; cherished grandfather of Zachary Bost and Micahel Setzer; dear brother of the late Edward P. Lillian C., Arthur J. and Pauline H. Setzer; fond uncle of many. Peter was a scoutmaster for Boy Scouts of America Troop #36-944 and was a Silver Beaver Lifetime Achievement Winner. Visitation Saturday, January 15, 2022, from 8:30 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. at Cumberland Chapels 8300 W. Lawrence Ave., Norridge, IL. We will then proceed to St. Francis Borgia Church in Chicago for a funeral mass at 11:30 a.m. and the entombment will follow at St. Joseph Mausoleum in River Grove.
