Paul Anthony Ryan

Paul A. Ryan, age 80, passed away peacefully on February 6, 2026. Paul was born on August 7, 1945, to the late John F. Ryan Jr. and the late Mary Ann (nee Schorsch) Ryan. He proudly served as a Veteran in the United States Marine Corps Reserves during the Vietnam War and was a longtime resident of Norridge on Chicago’s Northwest Side.

Paul was the beloved husband of Brinda (nee Hurtt) Ryan for 49 wonderful years. He was a loving father to Melissa and John (April) Ryan, Dear son-in-law, Martin Pascual and a cherished grandfather to Matthew Pascual, Madelyn Pascual, and Max Pascual. Paul was the dear brother of David (Jean) Ryan and the late Michael (Cecelia) Ryan. He was also a fond uncle, cousin, and friend to many who will miss him deeply.

Visitation for Paul will be held on Tuesday, February 10, 2026, from 3:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m., and on Wednesday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the funeral service at 11:00 a.m. at Cumberland Chapels, 8300 W. Lawrence Ave., Norridge, Illinois 60706. Interment will follow at All Saints Cemetery in Des Plaines, Illinois.

Paul’s memory will be treasured by all who knew and loved him.
