Paul L. Czernia age 74, passed away on February 13, 2021. Paul was a veteran in the United States Marine Corps. and was a retired Chicago Police officer. Beloved husband of Barbara E Czernia (nee Gerald). Loving father of Carrie (Todd) Settepani. Beloved son of the late Michael and the late Virginia (nee Grossel) Czernia. Fond grandfather of Paige Loquercio and great grandfather of Jaydian Loquercio. Dear brother of Michael (the late Christine) Czernia, Michael, Eddie, David, Denise and Cathy. Visitation Thursday February 18, 2021 from 3:00 until 8:00 p.m. and Friday from 10:30 a.m. until time of Funeral Service at 11:30 a.m. at Cumberland Chapels 8300 W. Lawrence Ave. Norridge. Interment will follow with Military Honors at Acacia Park Cemetery in Chicago. In Lieu of flowers, donations to the American Cancer Society. Cancer.org.
