Loving mother of John (Shirley)  Wood, Fran (the late Dave) Poisson, Joe (Lynn) Wood, Patricia Jasch, Bob Wood and the late Chuckie Wood. Cherished grandmother of 19 and great grandmother of 21. Fond sister of Tom (the late Ethel) Ryan. Dear aunt, cousin and friend to many. Visitation for Pat will take place on Thursday, January 4, 2024 from 3:00 pm until 9:00 pm at Cumberland Chapels 8300 W. Lawrence Ave. Norridge, Il. Interment will be private.
