Patricia E. Placek nee Peszek, age 84. Beloved wife of Norbert Placek; loving mother of Cyndee (the late Dale) Jackowski and Rob (Margaret) Placek; beloved daughter of the late John and Eleanor Peszek nee Smalarz; fond grandmother of Kristy (Mike) Merrill, Brad Jackowski, Kelly (Sean) Atkinson, Jennifer (Chris) Malave, and Eric Placek; great grandmother of Cole, Eleigh, Avery, and Finley; dear sister of the late Fredrick, Casimer, Henry, Walter, Genevieve, Lorraine, and Evelyn; fond aunt of many nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held on Friday July, 8, 2022 from 8:30 am to 10:30 am at Cumberland Chapels at 8300 W. Lawrence Ave Norridge, IL 60706. Funeral Services will begin at 10:30 am and proceed to St. Beatrice Catholic Church for an 11:00 am Mass. Entombment to follow at St. Adalbert Catholic Cemetery.
