Patricia Janusz, nee Dzierzanowski, age 82, passed away on October 5, 2015 surrounded by her loving family. Patricia was the beloved wife of many years to the late Norbert A.; loving mother of Philip (Karen) and Arlene E. Janusz; dearest daughter of the late Helen and John Dzierzanowski; cherished grandmother of Victoria (Daniel) Adams and Matthew (Amanda) Janusz; great grandmother of Austin and Addison Adams and Wyatt Janusz; fond aunt of many.
