Norma Graebner, age 86, passed away peacefully on January 6, 2026. She was born on November 5, 1939, in Chicago, Illinois, to the late Norman Sr. and Lillian Kaiser.
Norma was the beloved wife of the late Kenneth Graebner and a devoted mother to Joann Parkey, Susan Marshall, Norman (Yvonne) Kaiser, Michelle (Ron) Douglas, and the late David Graebner. She was a cherished grandmother to Nome (Sophia), Jimmy (Margaret), Lonnie (Dustin), Peau, John, Matthew, Haley, Joseph, and Julia, and a loving great-grandmother to Kesomi, Lilly, Joseph, Lilah, Jimmy, Ionatoni, Jaxon, Matthew, Malorie, and the late David.
She was the dear sister of the late Norman (the late Priscilla) Kaiser, the late Kenneth (Mariann) Kaiser, and the late Randall (Terry) Kaiser, and a fond aunt to many nieces and nephews.
Norma was an avid Chicago Cubs fan and had a deep love for Chicago, the city where she grew up and made so many memories. In her honor, those attending the visitation and services are encouraged to wear Chicago Cubs attire.
Visitation for Norma will be held on Monday, January 12, 2026, from 11:30 a.m. until the time of the funeral service at 2:00 p.m. at Cumberland Chapels, 8300 W. Lawrence Ave., Norridge, Illinois. Interment will be private.
