Nicoletta Calabrese, nee Attolico, age 84, passed away on December 21st surrounded by her loving family. Nicoletta was the beloved wife of Giovanni; loving mother of Rosa (John) Manna, Michael (Bea) Calabrese, Francesca (Thomas) LaCorte and the late Nancy "Tina" Madonia; cherished grandmother of Roseanne (Tony) Maggio, Anthony Manna, Nicole (Mario) Pastore, Jonathan Manna, Giovanni (Jessica), Nicoletta, Anthony and Mariella Calabrese, Anna (Pasquale) Messina, Alessandro (Alyssa) Madonia, Gaetano, Gianluca, Gabriella and Matteo LaCorte; great grandmother of Ava, Nicholas, Sofia, Anthony and Alessandro; dear sister of Anna, Giuseppina, Lella, Elisa, Sabbino, Mina, Enza, Giulia and the late Angela; fond aunt of many. Funeral Services will begin at 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday, at the funeral home, and will then proceed to Our Lady, Mother of the Church for Mass at 11:30 a.m. Entombment will follow at St. Michael the Archangel Mausoleum in Palatine.
