Nicole Danielle Swanson, Age, 22, Formerly of Edison Park, Passed away suddenly on December 23, 2017 due to an automobile accident near her home in Maple City, Michigan. Nicole was a Junior at Ferris State University in Big Rapids, MI. as a communications major with aspirations to be a creative writer. She graduated from Taft High School in 2013. Beloved daughter of Michael and Stefanie (nee Bucher) Swanson. Loving sister of Dana and Kristen Swanson. Cherished grand daughter of Gloria and the late Harry Swanson and Robert and Dorothy Bucher. Dear niece of Glen and John (Anne) Swanson and Pamela (Rick) Stammel, Julie Bucher (Frank Sheehe) and Russell (Krystal) Bucher. God daughter of Paul and Vicki Beduze. Cousin of Danny, Kevin, Jack, Ryan, Allyson, Melanie, Matthew, Meagan, Joel, Kirsten, Jarred, Jason, Ben and Jake. Visitation Friday, December 29, 2017 from 3:00 until 9:00 p.m. at Cumberland Chapels 8300 W. Lawrence Ave. Norridge. Lying in state Saturday from 10:00 a.m. until time of funeral service at 11:00 a.m. at Edison Park Lutheran Church 6626 N Oliphant Ave, Chicago, IL 60631. Interment will follow at Acacia Park Cemetery at the graveside.
