Nancy F. Medina (nee Borrayo) age 57, at rest on January 17, 2024. Beloved daughter of Oscar and Lillian Borrayo. Loving spouse of Angel L. Gomez. Cherished mother of Roxane (Eric) Padilla and Yvette (Tregg) Boone. Devoted grandmother of Jaden, the late Torey , Ariel, Eric Jr. and Janae. Dear sister of Bianca (Carl) Sandstrom and Ingrid Borrayo (Jose Ortiz). Fond aunt of Tiana Hernandez Daniel Ortiz, Christopher Sanstrom and Marco Ortiz. Cousin and friend to many. Nancy was member of Las Perlas Del Caribe where their sisterhood has created lifelong friendships and memories. She was an avid traveler who loved to explore different countries and their cultures, especially when it came to island adventures. She also enjoyed riding through the midwest on long motorcyle trips accompanied by her fellow riders and her spouse. Nancy was also known as a Salsera. She loved to dance and enjoyed laughing with her friends and family at all types of events. She was the support system to many family and friends as she was always ready and willng to fix what was broken. Nancy will forever be loved and dearly missed. Visitation will take place on Saturday January 27, 2024 from 2:00 pm until 8:00 pm with a funeral service at 7:00 pm at Cumberland Chapels 8300 W. Lawrence Ave. Norridge, Il.
