Nancy Marie McNiff

Nancy M. McNiff (nee Williams), age 84, passed away peacefully on January 11, 2026. Nancy was the beloved wife of Joseph L. for 67 wonderful years, and he passed the following day January 12, 2026. She was the loving mother of Debbie (late David) Grunwald, Larry (Carmella) McNiff, Peggy (Jack) Polaski and Suzy (Tim) Rogness; dear daughter of the late Alice and Roy Williams; cherished grandmother of John, Matt (Colleen), Mark (Jordan) and Joey McNiff, Brian and Kevin Polaski, Brittany Rogness, Erica (Brandon) Doll and Luke Rogness; great grandmother of Leah, Logan and Cameron McNiff; dear sister of the late Roy (Caroline) and the late Wayne Williams, and sister in law of Judy Ruggles and the late Jim and Jack McNiff, and she was a cousin, aunt and friend of many.

Nancy was a wonderful woman whose deepest passion was her family. She's known for her kindness, generosity, laughter, beauty, and grace. Nancy always relied on her lifelong faith and brought joy to everyone she met. We will miss her deeply and remember her always.

Visitation Monday, January 19, 2026, from 3:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Cumberland Chapels 8300 W. Lawrence Ave., Norridge, IL. Funeral services begin at 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday, at the funeral home, and then proceed to St. Eugene Church (Queen of Peace Parish) 7958 W. Foster Ave., Chicago for Mass at 10:00 a.m. The interment will follow at Queen of Heaven Cemetery. For more information call (708)456-8300.
